Better Information
Advicenow has produced a handbook for information providers. The handbook discusses the issues involved in the successful delivery of information to the public, draws together existing good practice from within the sector and elsewhere, and provides practical advice on techniques and procedures.
The aim is to improve the quality of information produced for the public on law related issues.
Contact us to order you copy of the Better Information handbook – FREE! We'll only charge you postage and packing. Alternatively you can download the
Better Information Handbook (1.4 MB).
The handbook is now complemented by the Better Information website and training and consultancy services.

The Better Information Handbook has been evaluated by an independent evaluator. Read the Evaluation of the Better Information Handbook.

The Victoria Law Foundation in Australia has launched its own version of 'Better Information' based on Advicenow’s handbook of the same name. You can view the Victoria Law Foundation version here: Victoria Law Foundation 'Better Information Handbook'.
