LCWRA mandatory reconsiderations and appeals

When you claim Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) or the limited capability for work element of universal Credit (UC) you are given a work capability assessment (often shortened to just WCA). It is really helpful to understand the Limited capability for work   and the Limited capability for work and work related activity ( or LCWRA points) system when you apply, when you have the LCWRA assessment, and when you get the work capability assessment decision.
