Deal with a section 21 eviction
The Government has announced that landlords will nolonger be able to evict tenants when they have done nothing wrong, using a 'Section 21'. This is an important improvement to housing rights, but many landlords will try to evict their tenants before the law changes. This guide will help you work out what options you have when you have received a 'no-fault' eviction notice and decide what to do when.
