My consultation with Malvina was extremely helpful and empowering. She answered all my questions expertly and in a kind and professional manner. I then received a host of information via email detailing what we had talked about. I would certainly recommend this solicitor to any person in search for advice on financial and legal matters in the context of divorce.

Nice lady. I was hoping for a best estimate regarding a financial split. I was hoping that the solicitor could say either yes or no that my situation regarding monies entitled me to claim a lump sum from my ex, or, spousal maintenance and if it was worth taking to court for a financial order. Unfortunately because my exes monies were out of date and guessed, she wouldn’t be drawn on telling me if it was worth applying or not, so didn’t really answer my question or the reason for my purchase of her time. I’m sure she will be very good for you but after 25 to 30 minutes of conversation, my questions were still left-hanging and the call had ended. what she did tell me was interesting and useful, and she sent me some documents that would be sent off to the courts. So that was useful. I guess I was hoping for more than she could give at that point.
