Malvina is a specialist Family Solicitor, Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer who deals with all areas of family law, with a particular specialism in matrimonial matters, having led cases involving complex high-net-worth assets, tax/trust issues and substantial business assets.

Malvina is also adept in dealing with the wider issues affecting families, such as separation, property disputes, injunctions, pre and post-nuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation. Malvina also has expertise in all aspects of private children law, having dealt with a number of challenging cases in recent years.

Malvina is a member of Resolution, the organisation of family lawyers committed to a constructive approach to family law issues. Malvina believes that families can achieve the best outcome by adopting a Dispute Resolution process which provides a less adversarial approach, avoiding court if possible. If matters cannot be resolved, she also has experience and skills in representing clients within court proceedings and often undertakes her own advocacy.
