Sophie is a Family Law Solicitor in the Divorce & Family Law Team at THP Solicitors. She represents her clients in divorce proceedings, injunctions proceedings, financial matters and disputes relating to children, such as where a child lives and who they spend time with.

Sophie understands that when there is a divorce, or relationship break down, important decisions regarding finances or children arrangements often need to be made at an already difficult and emotional time. To that end, she will listen to your wishes and give practical and realistic advice so that you know what is, and what is not, achievable within the family court. She will take the time to explain things clearly to you so that you know the different options available to you, whether that be resolving matters outside of court or the process of litigation. Sophie will be there to support you and guide you through the legal process.

Sophie qualified as a solicitor in 2020, after joining THP Solicitors in 2016 and working as a Legal Assistant in the Family & Divorce team whilst undertaking her Legal Practice Course. She is a member of the Thames Valley Family Law Society and Resolution and is committed to dealing with matters in a non-confrontational manner so that parties can move on with minimal animosity.
