Victoria specialises exclusively in Family Law. She advises married and unmarried individuals on a wide range of matters including divorce and separation, financial remedies and domestic abuse. Victoria also frequently deals with private child arrangements, which can determine where a child is to live and how much time they are to spend with their parents and/or grandparents.

Victoria understands that she is often working with clients at some of the most difficult points of their lives. She takes time to ensure that, as far as possible, matters are broken down into manageable steps that allow her clients to feel involved and empowered rather than overwhelmed.

As a member of Resolution, Victoria seeks to resolve matters amicably wherever possible. Where this is not possible, Victoria takes a robust but sensitive approach to litigation in pursuit of the best outcomes for her clients.

Victoria grew up in Kent and graduated from the University of Southampton with an Honours Degree in Law. After attending the College of Law at Guildford, she completed her training contract with a large firm in Kent and has remained practising within the county ever since.
